Lindsey is from Berks County Pennsylvania. She moved to Baltimore City after graduate school at Oxford University to begin her career working for the United States Senate, and later the United States House of Representatives. She attended Daniel Boone High School where she was incredibly active in Key Club, eventually serving as the Pennsylvania District Governor. She later attended The George Washington University where she served as President of the Circle K. Her time in Kiwanis Service Leadership Programs was incredibly valuable and led her to join the Towson-Timonium Kiwanis Club. She enjoys hands on service, and working with communities directly to address their children’s most pressing needs.
Connie Duff
My name is Connie Duff. I am from Stoneham, Massachusetts. I worked for the Social Security Administration and various businesses in Greater Baltimore, often in IT. I am retired and spend my time visiting and helping my children with their young families. I joined the Towson-Timonium Kiwanis Club in 2010, because my daughter had benefitted greatly from her activities in the Dulaney High School Key Club, which is sponsored by the Towson-Timonium Kiwanis club. I enjoy working with our club and its recipient organizations, particularly Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Baltimore County, Cool Kids Campaign, and St. Luke’s Youth Center, because their primary focus is on improving the lives of children.
Leland Brigham
Leland is a Baltimore City native. He is currently studying to become a teacher. Leland joined Kiwanis because he is passionate about youth issues in the community. He believes strongly in educations ability to equalize the playing field.
Heather Lageman
Heather is a proud Marylander and graduate of Dulaney High School (where she first became active in Key Club) and Loyola University Maryland, where she earned her B.A. in English Literature before going on to receive her M.A. in Administration and Technology from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. A passionate advocate for educator development and student success, she has dedicated over 27 years to Baltimore County Public Schools in various roles from the classroom to administration and has also served the Maryland State Department of Education. Heather is a certified life and engagement coach and author dedicated to creating spaces for everyone to engage in coaching opportunities, cultivation of curiosity, and customized learning experiences. Kiwanis aligns perfectly with her lifelong commitment to service and her core values of empowering and inspiring others, fostering community partnerships, and creating opportunities for growth and development that help children and educators thrive.
